Explorer.exe Error

I went into my start up menu folder and after a couple of seconds my moniter blinks the status bar and my icons dissappear only showing my desktop image.Then they come back on and another message comes up saying there`s been a problem with explorer.exe its creating a log file and then it`s shutting down.

Lol i`ve just installed that pc doctor on call and it says i have 14 problems on my computer but it`s the dam tyrail version and you have to buy the thing so it`ll fix my computer.

I`m running windows 2000 NT.

i do not understand what ur preoblem is but if its with the explorer scheudal a disk check and restart ur computer or download patches if u havnt if all else fails then format ur drive

What kind of problems? with the regristry? May not help but download this 30 day trial.

The best of this kind of software m8 ,imo is norton windoctor.
