Thread: Free Lindows!

    Linspire
If you go here and use the Coupon Code: "LINDOWS" (They had to name change to Linspire because of Microsoft" You can download Lindows for free from Bit Torrent. Sorry of this was posted already but I don't see any posts in the software section and I was so excited I had to run here and tell. You need Bit Torrent but apply the coupoun with is for like 49.95 and minus the cost you get it for free! Have fun!

its linux but they have tried to make it as much like windows as possible. this basically means it has some pretty nifty emulators to run windows apps. still they are in beta and dont work fantastically well.

the whole system runs as root so it completely kills the security side of linux but on the other hand it installs in under 3 mins and might be a good way to introduce you to the wonderful world of linux.

Can anything free be bad? No of course not.
