toms hardware did that with i think a northwood, up to 5ghz. used liquid nitrogen to cooll the cpu, and one of those vapocill things for teh northbridge. vid card had no special cooling. this one you posted seemed a little excessive then i found out they also overclocked the video card quiet a bit. very nice B)
