File Details

I noticed whenever I reformat my computer, and put all my mp3's and videos back into my shared folder, some files keep thiir details (album, genre etc.) while others are reset back to defaults. I assume its embedded in the file or something so just wondering how I can set the details permanently instead of redoing them every time I reformat. I am using Kazaa Lite Resurrection 0.0.7

The details of each file is stored in the db file. Therefore when you format your computer try not to delete your db files, ex. save them on a disk.

navigate to- C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kazaa Lite\db

since you using klr you'll prob have to replace 'kazaalite' with 'kazaa lite ressurection' or something

just copy the whole folder and place it back there when i reinstall kazaa?

You might also need to save every user's folder.
