two questions guys and gals

1)Whats the best free message board to use? I want to add the script to my page but have it remotely hosted (so when they click on my tab that says message board, it will take them to a page on my site but which has the message board inserted)

2)u know those sigs that u see where people have what music they are playing, where do i get one from?

There are loads of message boards. The most popular are the Invision, PHPBB, YaBB etc. Most of these need decent hosting to run successfully. You could run any inside a frame.

Can't remember the addresses. Look at the sigs as most have the site where they are hosted somewhere on them.
