No its not at all. The number of shit downloads it has it at a all time high. Use a different network / p2p program if possible.

All my music files are of good quality....All the albums I share on it are 192 kbs or higher; CBR and VBR. I never download off of the fasttrack anymore, but I do share my files on the network, 24/7. So if you see me there( user nigel123K++@) You will be able to download without fear...
