I am a little baffled as to why people would think they are safe if they appear in a porn movie.

I would have thought that by definition, people who will do their all for a camera are liable to be a tad more promiscuous than the average citizen and consequently at higher risk. If there is one group of people who should be practising safe sex surely it must be these.
