Ya, I mean hardware NOT software.

I want to buy a portable mp3 player or mp3 cd-player, but I don't have any expirience with them, so I'm seeking for some help and advice.

    well give us some specifications...
    where are you from?
    what's your price limit?
minidisk player? mp3 diskman? regular mp3 player?
how much space do you want/need?
    etc

I would prefer a portable mp3 player with integrated memory (max. 128 MB, but 64 MB would do it too)

The price is not so important right now (but it shouldn't be very expensive, of course)

Well, I got my Creative Labs MuVoNX Mp3 player with 256MB mem for $170 USD. It's probably cheaper now, maybe you can afford it .

why don't you get a mini disk player, because you can put mp3's onto the MDs anyway.

Alternatively, purchase an MP3-CD player - it utilises regular CD-R/RWs (650-700MB).
