from the picture they look like they make you're wheels look like they're not spinning, or them body-work wreaking things from Ben-hur

yea they do spin...like when ur riding they spin but u cant really see when you stop you can see them spining...its kinda pointless....you can get nice rims for maybe less then 500 for all wheels but if you want spinners....as i said 5k++++++++++++++++
