Does anyone know how to restore health? I'm at Atop A Bird Cage and after fighting those monsters with hammers haf a puny amount of helath left. 2 make matters worse, i cant pass the corridor with traps as either i get impaled by the spikes and die or time runs out by the time i safely cross them!!!

you restore health by drinking water, or dying then starting again and avoid getting hurt in fights
and you get past spikes quickly by wall running, the game shouldn't be too hard if you really pay attention to the visions
4hrs took me to finish this game
Yeh as he says WATER fountains walk up to them and press action key should drink it up.
