Entrapment is getting you to do something you would not otherwise have done.
eg If they gave you the program to use, then sued you, it would be entrapment.
Hmmm, maybe we should use that defence on Sony (they make CD Burners) and Time Warner (AOL, Earthlink etc users wouldnt be downloading if they didnt sell the ISP service)
