Sygate Help

been using kerio and thot i'd try sygate. installed okay but kazaa cannot connect. i've told sygate to let it but no joy. any help? cheers

I've recently switched to Sygate too but hadn't had Kazaa installed to notice this. I installed it just now (Resurection 2.4.7) and had the same problem. What I did was: Turn off the firewall, load up Kazaa, turn the firewall back on, and then accepted the connection on the new Sygate pop-ups. Worked for me

thanx chevy. i reinstalled sygate and opened kazza. i told sygate to let it happen and it worked.
