i wanna add all the bad sites to my hosts file manually. i dont want any apps. is there a list of all the sites that i should put in my hosts file so i can just copy and paste it? thanks

why go through all that trouble of manually entering sites? there are some good ones out there freely available.

there is some more info available here.

p.s. the host file reader is very good if you want to continue to manually add sites.
