Well the funny thing is i did a reinstall today and all the same files dont copy correctly during any install, shell32.dll, compstui.dll, lights.exe, dxdiag.dll, jsp400.dll always the same files that dont copy and when i skip them and continue anyway the comp always crashes alot because of missing files or folders, and i dont know what to do?

I use a floppy to format and reinstall xp . I find a win98 boot disk works well run FDISK it's pretty exact, never had a problem.

This is like the old win98 file checker repacles missing system files. Only one problem you should run windows update after using . It sometimes places older files in your system.
