    my other comp can connect fine. the one thats having problems can also connect to the internet...

    lol ill check... but what kind? the internal router firewall? would it really block a computer? or do u mean a software firewall?

    ya well i restarted many times and i still had the problem...

    does it see the network? Do u have any mac address filtering? or any sort of limitation on ip addresses to assign?

    could have something to do with usernames...

    or try running the network setup wizard again.
