whenever i go to run and type regedit it says "Registery editing has been disabled by your administrator."
but im the comp administrator... I dont know waht to do

well, i donno how but you musta disabled it sometime or another. just get a registry editing program like regseeker or regcleaner.

Make sure you have the apporiate permissions in the Group Policy console.

you should be able to get in their in safe mode, hit f8 on startup, might be f11
choose safe mode
