Problem, Need Help.

Tanks, I know. Software, not so good.

1. When I try and load KL, I get the Home Page screen, but nothing else (not connected,) Search and Traffic are grayed out. I’ve re-installed several times to no avail.

2. Almost everytime I reload KL, the previous Search names have been cleared.

Can you help me?
