Can't Connect, Please Help

For some reason, I cannot connect when I open up Kazaa. I have disabled the firewall that comes with my Operating System (XP) and I have norton antivirus running, however I don't believe I have a firewall in Norton. My computer is brand new, took it out of the box yesterday.

I couldn't remember where to download the k-lite from, the version that gives you permanent 1000 rating, so I just copied the install program from my old machine, and installed that way. I think it is version 2.12, though I'm not 100% sure.

Last time I installed Klite on my old machine, I had a problem sharing files, but now I can't even connect. Please help

have you ever thought about getting with the times and looking into better P2P apps like mirc/emule and bittorrent ?

except me !!
how can this happen ??
