Avi Or Movie Download Problem

just Just recently when I download a movie (avi or mpg4) from kazaa I go to preview the picture but it is very bouncy when there is a lot of movement in the picture. The sound works ok
But the picture is jumpy not like skipping but like jittery it also does this after I have completed the download and try to watch it using zoomplayer

get videolan mate and watch a bit with that, videolan uses its own filters to play so it will tell you if your codec's are screwed up or the movie is crap
