Is there anywhere you can get them with no hassle of voting, direct x downloads, or signing up? I can remember when i could get roms anywhere. IM looking for roms for GBA and SNES. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, but i cant use bittorrent without my internet shutting off, and i've already been through the FAQ explaination, and the program netlimiter, but im afraid to use bittorrent anyways because i dont want my internet to keep shutting off. Anywhere else?
