If you have to install something like PHP NUKE or something similar how do you go about it?

The only idea i have is to make all the folders (often billions of them) and upload the files. This takes ages and ages.

Is there not an easier way?

    erm... get an ftp software.
    Seriously.
SmartFTP is my fave. Using that, open the uploads folder (or whatever folder all the files and subfolders are in the shit you are installing), hit Crtl+A. Then enter SmartFTP, navigate to the folder you want the phpnuke files in, hit Crtl+V and go have a drink while it uploads.

While SmartFTP is a great alternative, I would also like to suggest FlashFXP and LeechFTP.
