I use to run cross country in High school...and I ran for miles and miles during
my stint in the military.

I used to get tested for a two mile run as part of our P.T. test (physical training)
The fastest I ever ran it was in 9 minutes and 45 seconds.

By the way this was a while ago
I'm currious as to what are some of the other members fastest times?

This is a two part post...Post a screenshot of the speed of your internet connection
Heres a link PC Pitstop
Feel free to use your own testing site

Heres my screenshot...

Peace brotherdoobie

I gave up running for Lent.

There's no 'I' in 'team'. But then there's no 'I' in 'useless smug colleague', either.
And there's four in 'platitude-quoting idiot'. Go figure.

do you have to do the mile all in one go?

The answer to part one... I have two reasons why I don't run.

The answer to part two...

Edit: That's probably not entirely accurate, I've got stuff downloading on SoulSeek right now as well.
