    I have DSL with 768 kb/s download speed and 128 kb/s upload.
    But really i can upload with only about 14-16 kb/s throgh FTP or Kazaa or something else. Why?
    How can i speed up my upload speed? Is it possible to upload with real 128 kb/s with my connection.
    I'm waiting for your suggestions.
    Please help me!
