Start stabbing it all down with a toilet brush or some other long implement

Simple and real solution

Get a bucket, fill with water
and pour it into the toilet
repeat if necessary

This is the same as flushing, (manual method)

If it`s blocked use a plunger if you have one.If you don`t what we use to used is a mop it works just as good.
