    Hi guys can anyone help,i would like to know how to make a copy of my operating system cd.
    does anyone know how and could you please help me if you do.

    Use the Copy CD function in any CD mastering application. It has no copy protection.

    I suppose you're using Windows, so I'll say that you a couple of options.
    Using a decent CD burning program such as Nero should work, but I've never tried. CloneCD is an app that specifically designed to copy CDs, but I used to use it for games because they were copy-protected. You could also use an app like ISO Buster to create a CD image so you can make as many copies as you want, whenever you want.
