    hi, does anyone how to extract selected scenes from a movie? wat kind of software should i use?

    Once you have cut the bits you want to save just before saving make sure under the titles video/audio the dot is on direct stream this will save it as it was first done,so if they is no blocky to begin with you should end up with no blocky.
