You can try WinSoftMagic.
I just tested it out... 20.6 KB file to 13.01 (61% of original size).
JpegImager 2.1 is also good. But at 50% reduction has very noticable difference.

winsoftmagic is Gay u cant save comperssed image if u didnt but the program u can just preview it

ACDSee will reduce the kb size of jpegs and other image formats by a considerable amount without much quality degredation. but if you can't figure out how to use it don't call the app gay. I like it

ACDSee is good but its not just for compressing its for multiple purposes, i just want to compress.

I didnt have time to look for a rules smilie. I thought being a more experienced member of these boards - therefore a much higher intellect - you would be able to infer exactly what I meant.
