Codecs

Hi all, im running xp-pro, and i've just started using kazaa lite++
can anyone tell me what are the best codec packs to use? and where can i download them from. I've had a look at a couple of sites, but it all looks to be a bit complex for a beginner like myself
any help would be great

you can better install the K-lite codec pack if you already have quicktime and realplayer.

if not I would recommand to try the alternative packs
