The holding back of new technologies for existing industries centred around old technologies which even though proven to be damaging to the earth and mankind, still promoted for expansion, for example tthe holding back of medicans from african countries that could ease the suffering and extend the lives of milliuons of Africans with HIV due to MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
