Rip Am I Getting It Right

s a rip when you extract the contence of the cd and get rid of extras like 1e6, acrobat, direct x.....etc. or is a rip when you get the full cd including all the extras (as above).

The term "rip", when referd to game CD's usually means that some elements have been removed (movies, music etc), when it's a video rip, then it's just when U, say, "rip" a DVD to .avi, or simply rip a DVD to your HD (copy the DVD contents to your HD)..or any other video formats (vcd, .mpg.....)
