Move The Graphic Design Section?

Personally,
i would have put the Graphic Design section
in internet world in software world.

Since most topics there deal with "software" among which Photoshop etc
very little web issues there at all
i think that GraphicDesign section is a Dormant Storm waiting to be Woken.

I did not see that section until very very much later - it is very hidden

Well I think its a good idea. Graphics don't just exist on the web.
And the Graphic Design section does seem a bit stashed away in Internetworld.
