The Best Program.

Whats the best program to use to download MP3's. For instance, im trying to download the new New Found Glory album, ive got like 3 songs already, but all the rest were fake files, i kept peerguardian up and kept getting slammed with Fake Hash Ip's. I've heard of a program called "Direct Connect" but it said i had to install window's networking software, so that scared me.
