Any number dived by 0 provides infinity as the answer.
If you divide by 1, you get the same number
If you divide by 1/2 you multiply by 2
If you divide by 1/4 you multiply by 4
If you divide by 1/123456789 you multiply by 123456789
So the smaller the number you divide by, the higher the number you effectively multiply by. It's a reciprocal thing.
As 0 (which is a number) is infinitely small, then that is the same as multiplying by an infinitely large number.
