Perhaps the forum hasn't changed, but rather you and your tastes have changed. It's not uncommon for a community to start to have a different feel, especially after a year. Fact is, you've become more acquainted to your forum surroundings.
Back then, it is not as enchanting/profound. Conversations, and members were fresh & new. Now? it's just your normal every day routine.
My two cents, unless something more has occurred/happend that has brought this forum to shit.
