Wmv Problems

when i try to open a wmv file in mpc it just says "Failed to render file". is there a way to fix this?

running win2k klcodecpack 2.26s

(don't install DRM if wmp asks)

when i play them in mplayer2 i get taken to a webpage that says this :

i would delete the file and look for another version.

about the only way to "remove" drm from a file is to aquire the DRM licence for the file, then use a TVout card and loop it back to TVin and record the analog stream.
