    I have downloaded it before...I know how to play and everything, but I couldnt play online cuz my version was old. I am prob gona buy it at best buy now..since its only $20.

    Hows the online play? I have DSL...will it be real laggy or nething? Races with lots of people? Can you invite certain people to races or are your friends easy to find or what?

    well i stoped playing it about a month ago.

    but i can tell u this.

    you must have beet the game in order to be equal to most others.

    also their was aot of cheaters when i stoped plying. its not bad lag if you play against other ppl with dsl.

    its ok, but ide wait till nfsu 2 comes out for ps2

    If I download NFSU 2 i prob wont be able to get a version that will play online tho...but oh well...seems to me underground is alot better lol...thanks for ur help

    i didn't like it online, for some reason my car was always like twice the acceleration of my freiends car...actually i think it was that his was half what it should be and i didn't feel like playing with people i dont know, and his computer is the onyl one of my friends which can run it, i never really played online..

    Well my friend that lives down the road plays it on a 3.0Ghz P4 with intergrated graphics and a crappy 15 or 17in LCD haha

    I have a downloaded version, its updates automatically and i just have to update the patch to get rid of the motion blur going funny when i nitro. You shouldn't have problems. There are a LOT of cheats, ie 1 per 4

    I only palyed it online a few times but I seem to remember you could only do 1 on 1 races? Not sure if that's totally correct though.

    No you could do basically all race type in single player buth up to 3 others.
