As far as the SportsWorld Sticky goes.The Euro one just had all the teams listed as a Poll.Or country's.I have no idea.
The NBA one had a Poll also.L.A. Lakers and Detroit Pistons.It had these two Pictures besides each choice.....
And then you could have this at the top.....
