    Use email bompers so u can use any address to send ur mail, maill Spammers use's email bombers so they wont get junked filtered.

    If your using such things to do stuff that would interest the FBI perhaps its a good thing they may be monitoring it.

    An anonymous remailer would do the trick but they are somewhat hard to find and can take days to deliver mail because of all the servers it passes through. I think it strips the headers off or something of that nature.

    The easiest way is to get a tool to scan for open mail relays. Scan your isp's netblock for open relays. You can find scanners like that if you search google, or you can use a traditional port scanner but you would have to check if their open relays manually.
