Didnt know wether this belongs in hardware or software world, but since its a driver issue ill post it here. Ok the drivers that come with XP do not support Open Gl and the new drivers off of ATI's website do. But when i try to update the drivers it says device not compatible, so i uzip the files and update manually, it works but when i try to play a game such as mohaa or jedi outcast it says failed to load open Gl subsystem. What is wrong here? Dont give me crap like get a new video card, because i dont care.

Try this tool then install new drivers. In a perfect world driver issues should be the easy ones to solve but windows is never easy .

Argh, it still says, this display driver is not compatible with the display adapters installed on your system.

Anyone know what might be causing this problem? Or maybe a mod could move it to hardwareworld, might get more help over there.
