You did blow out cement, ROSSCO; cement would irritate the lining of your nose, drying it out due to some astringent ingredients (lime, etc.).

nose bleeds are generally nothing to worry about, unless you hit your head really hard, you can get nose bleeds when you walk into a warm room from the cold outdoors: your capillaries can shrink too quickly and rupture

SOURCEFollowing the inhalation of cement, it is generally safe as long as the matter is discharged. However, if bleeding frm the nose occurs it means that the bloodstream has become infected. In this instance there is certainly a case of thrombosis but in the artery close to the brain resulting in death in less than 4 hours as it travels through the artery.
