    Set up the pc you want to have free access with a fixed IP address (something like x.x.x.50, depends on what range your router uses for DHCP).

    Then set the router to have a DMZ going to that IP address.

    The pc now has free access through the router, but so does the internet to that pc so make sure that pc has FULL firewall protection.

    You can still set up port forwarding to other pc&#39;s if necessary.

    Edit: and swap the hub and router in your original diagram.
