    No...take a sirloin steak, tenderize the "Beef" out of it, now all that's left is the "Chicken". Mix up some seasoned eggs & milk, make up some seasoned cracker crumbs. Dip your steak in the egg mixture and press your steak into the cracker mixture. Do this again, until it fills a platter sized plate. Cook on low heat until done.

    This is vegetarian so all meaty bits are replaced with products made of soya protein and formed into the shape of the meaty bits

    Sausages

    Bacon

    Poached egg

    Beans

    Grilled mushrooms

    Melted cheese

    Oatcakes
