You dropped 40c using a HDD cooler?
    I WANT one of those!

    Your other temps seem fine.
Where are you getting this data?

Yeah i am using Everst Home Edition program it tell me the 3 temps, It only cost £15 for both fans the hard drive fan cost £10 and its really good i think. PC world sell them.

Everst gives me same stats as MotherBoard Monitor but i prefer Everst

If the room temp is above 15˚C then it's not possible for your drive to be that cool. Something is wrong with that measurement.

Well last check i did says it is 18'C now it changes alot i would need ot check room temprature and i don't know room temprature. I think it is accurate tho windows are open but i am not cold. I have tried 3 programs all saying the same temps.
