Problem Installing

I just downloaded lord of the rings: Fellowship of the ring and whenever it begins to install it gives me this error message "Error 1311.Source file not found: E:/MainApp.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it".

I know that the Mainapp.cab is there because i am looking at it right now, and it lets me open it with winrar so what the problem here?

maybe it's the fille is corrupt or dmaged.Try to copy it to your HDD and then install it from there.

Ive tried that. Did not work.
