Problemo With Burner

Oh you got fooled too eh? A cdr-w is like a floppy you have to format it first . Then burn, we all made that mistake at first .

How do you format a cd-rw i never heard of formatting a cd-rw, I don't want to use it like a floppy i wanna use it like a cd-r only with erase capabilities

you just burn a cd-rw like a normal cd-r (I use them)

it is possible to fomat them, and then they act like a normal floppy's (appropriate software needed) but thats not the issue here

if you have more than one burning application installed it can cause conflicts

i got rid of alcohul already and re installed nero

you could always try a system restore to the point just before you used alcohol, this can be undone if it doesn't work

System restore your kidding right? thats the first thing i disabled when i installed xp

well it is useful - sometimes

go with the reg cleaner, but be careful what you delete

Looking at the root of the problem, I can't seem to erase cd-rw's

I did a full erase with nero, windows explorer says it's blank but nero says there's still a session.

Really what should i do?
