Holy shit! Beeping GEP!Either when you upgrade your GEP (accuracy mods and such), or when you up your Heavy Weapons skill, (I can't remember which), it gives the GEP the beeping and such.

What I noticed is I can't loot other people's GEP guns when I kill them, it's just a "you found nothing"
