Ask them to prove that you actually distributed those files. Your IP showing up in a list of sources doesn't prove anything.

may wanna try anonx. i use it, although it slows down the connection speed a bit, they cant see you (cuz then you are in the spirit world )

and on a side note, my freind got hit 3 times with letters like that, its almost like they red flag your IP, so he now signed up with anonx, and hasnt seen nothing since.

all they do now is send out letters... waste of paper poor trees
