I dunno what makes me more enjoyable - The fact that Germany haven't managed to make it to the quarter-finals for the first time in god knows how long, the fact that we Englanders can rub it in their faces that we got through and they did, or the simple fact that with them gone the championship could be that much easier

I wouldn't want to be in the German team when they touch home soil and face all the media

As for us lot still in, tomorrow's arguably England's biggest game so far - Against the home team of Portugal. If we can win that, then we've got either Holland or Sweden next - This could end up being a great road to the final

is there any other kind of road

but really. England must be glad they're not in t'other half of the draw. the other possible semi of France Vs Czech Republic is potentially an awesome match.

Rudd van scored in offside again. How can that be a penalty? and Makaay is much better than Rudd.
guess you need to learn the new off side rules 1st

he's sharp as a razor, just imagine if they make an attacking team of Ruud And ROY

but our Dick will never dare such a thing

no cause we have Dick, the players could beat them, but we have our coach that will make it easy for the swedish Always good for a stupid tactic or substitution

the guy doesn't know how to perform at top level, he showed it with the Rangers in Scotland where he could spend hunreds of millions with hardly any succes

it sounds like the dutch think of dick advocaat in the same way as english fans thought of graham turner.

Remember the 4-0 ?? [/b][/quote]
If you're referring to Euro96. it was 4-1 but hte difference is, Netherlands has got a "new" team while England still is the same as in '96.
