DVD players will usually play both types

If you convert it, it will be slightly jerky video, because of the difference in frame rates

doesn't tmpgenc or whatever program you want convert it?

besides, when you convert it to be burnt to vcd or dvd or whatever (im assuming that is what u are doing) don't you get to choose ntsc, pal, whatever u want?

    how
its a image, its the replica dvdr of harry potter 3 :/ in pal format
I've tried mounting it and copying but it doesn't give me that option, I think I have to extract it with dvddecrypter, turn into a divx then re-author in tmpgenc
fuck I should just delete this and download the freaking ts if I have to convert it to a avi just to convert over to ntsc
    unless I'm missing something
