A friend emailed me with this....
"This is weird........
When I plug in and use my computer at home the screen seems to be shaking.......(real fast..maybe so fast I can't even see it move, but when at my shop with the same computer, I have no problem....any ideas???"
This is a desktop system and I had him move the system around the house trying different rooms and pwr cords; surge protectors etc.
He still has the same problem.
Could it be that he may have an electrical problem at his house and getting feedback?
What do you think???

Any magnets around? Move speakers away.
What is the refresh rate used?

No magnets or speakers around. I am not sure of the refresh rate, but when he takes it to his shop to work on it, the problem disappears.
That makes me think he has a problem with his house wiring.

The monitor refresh rate tip did the trick
Thanks Again,
